Refund & Success Guarantee Policy
At YT Verse, we are committed to helping creators achieve their channel growth and monetization goals through strategic YouTube SEO, audience-retention optimization, and targeted promotional campaigns.
Because every campaign involves dedicated resources, marketing costs, and operational work, our refund and cancellation policy is structured as follows:
1. Our Success Guarantee
We do not simply sell watch hours or subscribers; we provide a structured promotional service designed to help your channel reach the agreed-upon milestones.
If your agreed watchtime or subscriber target is not achieved within the estimated timeframe provided during your campaign assessment, YT Verse may continue to promote and optimize the campaign at its own operational expense until the agreed milestone is achieved, subject to YouTube policies and platform availability.
Founder Oversight
Where a campaign requires an extension under our Success Guarantee, Utkarsh Agrawal, Founder of YT Verse, may personally oversee the extended campaign to ensure appropriate optimization and execution.
2. Campaign Timeline & YouTube Policy Changes
Estimated completion times are provided based on the YouTube platform conditions, policies, traffic availability, and campaign performance at the time the order is placed.
YouTube may periodically update its Partner Program (YPP), monetization, traffic-validation, or other platform policies. Such changes may affect the delivery, validation, or reporting of watchtime and other campaign milestones.
If a relevant YouTube/YPP policy update occurs during an active campaign and YT Verse determines that continuing immediately could affect the validity, safety, or eligibility of the campaign:
The campaign may be temporarily paused.
The remaining order will be resumed when the campaign can be continued under the applicable platform conditions.
In certain circumstances, the campaign may require additional time, potentially up to approximately one month or longer, depending on the nature of the YouTube policy or platform change.
The original order will not automatically be cancelled because of such a temporary platform-related pause.
The estimated completion date may consequently be extended.
A delay caused by a YouTube policy update, platform restriction, algorithmic change, traffic validation, or other circumstances outside YT Verse's reasonable control does not constitute a failure to provide the service.
Client Cancellation During a Policy-Related Pause
If the campaign is temporarily paused because of a YouTube/YPP policy or platform-related change and the client chooses to cancel the order from their side, the order will be treated as a client-initiated cancellation and no refund will be provided.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Full Refund
A 100% refund may be provided only when the client requests cancellation before any promotional work, campaign setup, channel audit, optimization, or other service activity has commenced.
Once work has commenced, the order becomes subject to the cancellation provisions below.
Partial Refund
If a campaign is already in progress but YT Verse is unable to provide the agreed service due to a technical or operational issue exclusively attributable to YT Verse, a partial/pro-rated refund may be considered based on the remaining undelivered portion of the service.
Any refund decision will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the work already completed, resources utilized, and remaining deliverables.
4. Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Campaign Commencement
Once an order has started and promotional work, campaign setup, advertising, SEO, optimization, or other service activities have commenced, the client cannot cancel the order at their discretion.
If a client nevertheless requests or initiates cancellation after the campaign has started:
The order will be considered client-initiated cancellation.
No refund will be provided.
Any marketing, advertising, operational, or other costs already incurred by YT Verse will remain non-refundable.
This policy applies regardless of whether the client subsequently changes their mind, no longer requires the service, or decides to pursue a different strategy.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
Client-Side YouTube Violations
If the client's channel receives strikes, restrictions, suspension, termination, or other penalties due to content uploaded or actions taken by the client that violate YouTube's policies or Community Guidelines, YT Verse will not be responsible for the resulting impact on the campaign.
Use of Conflicting Third-Party Services
If the client uses third-party bots, click farms, artificial traffic, purchased engagement, or other conflicting promotional services while YT Verse is managing the campaign, YT Verse may pause or terminate the campaign without a refund.
Such third-party activity can interfere with campaign data, traffic quality, analytics, and the effectiveness of our promotional strategy.
Change of Mind
Once promotional work has commenced, cancellation due to a change of mind, change in strategy, personal circumstances, or no longer requiring the service will not qualify for a refund.
Platform-Related Delays
Delays caused by YouTube policy changes, YPP updates, algorithm changes, traffic validation, platform restrictions, review processes, or other circumstances outside YT Verse's reasonable control are not grounds for a refund.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful campaign execution, clients are expected to:
Maintain an active and accessible YouTube channel.
Provide accurate channel and order information.
Avoid using conflicting third-party promotional services during the campaign.
Avoid uploading content that violates YouTube policies.
Cooperate with reasonable requests required for campaign execution.
Understand that YouTube ultimately controls the validation of watchtime, subscribers, monetization eligibility, and YPP approval.
YT Verse does not control YouTube's final decision regarding YPP approval or monetization eligibility.
7. How to Request a Review
If you believe your campaign is not being handled according to the YT Verse service standards, you may request a campaign review through the YT Verse contact form or your designated priority WhatsApp communication channel.
Each dispute will be reviewed based on:
Order details
Campaign status
Work already completed
Platform conditions
YouTube policy changes
Client compliance with this policy
Remaining deliverables
YT Verse aims to resolve genuine service-related concerns fairly and professionally.
8. Important Notice
YT Verse provides marketing and promotional services and does not guarantee that YouTube will approve a channel for the YouTube Partner Program or monetization.
Watchtime, subscribers, views, and other metrics may be subject to YouTube's own validation, filtering, auditing, and eligibility requirements.
Estimated timelines are estimates and may change because of YouTube platform updates, campaign performance, traffic availability, policy changes, or circumstances beyond YT Verse's reasonable control.
By purchasing a service from YT Verse, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund & Success Guarantee Policy.
